Tai Chi for Wellness is an effective and enjoyable exercise for
relaxation, strengthening mind and body, and improving health
and fitness. Through a series of graceful and gentle movements,
this exercise helps improve flexibility, concentration, balance,
immunity and muscle strength, increase heart and lung activity,
align posture, and create a sense of well-being.
